More About The Role
As an integral part of the technology leadership group, you will be tasked with creating a state of the art, fit for purpose technology risk framework with accompanying programme of work. Technology risk responsibility is currently shared across several members of the risk team so you will work closely across the business to understand current practices, partner with the technology and IT teams to scope requirements and create a new, centralised framework. This is a complex organisation with a rapid operating rhythm and many moving parts so you will need to be comfortable working across multiple business units and delving into detail as required. You will work in a high profile role with plenty of exposure to the senior leadership team so this is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark and take ownership of technology risk.

So Who Are You & What Is Your Profile?
For your application to be successful you will have a demonstrated track record of delivery and expertise in technology risk, ideally within the banking and/or financial services sectors. You will be an experienced people leader and comfortable operating at a strategic level whilst also rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into the ‘doing’. Successful relationship management, a strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively whilst juggling many competing priorities are key for your success.
