About the role:  
In this permanent role, you will be wearing numerous hats. While remaining hands-on across .Net and Azure DevOps, you will also help drive CI/CD practices and also focus on mentoring the wider development team on DevOps and its true meaning. 
  
You will work closely alongside the Software Development Manager and wider ICT leadership across development strategy and code quality. Ideally, you will have assisted Senior Engineers and other Developers from a technical and people leadership perspective! 
  
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the application environment is managed effectively from a standard, performance and operational perspective. This will encompass the entire development life cycle from a design, development and resourcing perspective.
  
About YOU:

• Previous experience as a Senior in the development capacity - .Net
• 5+ years in a Tech Lead/ Senior Lead role 
• Solid knowledge of working across the Microsoft Stack .Net Core, Azure DevOps & SQL Server with an understanding of React 
• Successful track record across leadership responsibilities including the coordination of business and IT objectives
• Hands-on exposure to CI/CD tools and methodology
• Cloud technology exposure
• Ability to influence and drive performance of both internal teams and external vendors
• Ownership and awareness of the budget and financial planning
