- Manage change for business initiatives with low and medium impacts on people, processes and technology.
- Coach change initiators of low impact changes to manage the change themselves building self-serve change capability
- Support end-to-end value creation from change impact assessment through to adoption (with measurable outcomes)
- Coach less experienced Chapter members
Additional responsibilities will include
- Co-creating improvements/changes to the Change Adoption framework (and associated tools)
- Contributing to the Change Chapter Area expertise; taking an active role in prioritised continuous improvement opportunities to deliver value for our people and stakeholders
- Maintaining and developing the professional standards expected of the Change Chapter
- Collaborating with relevant teams working on and in the business to deliver shared outcomes for our people and customers e.g. with Agile Coaches, Risk, Service Design, COO etc.
Due to multiple roles available within a large programme, this is an urgent role and our client is looking to start the process as soon as possible
