Senior Change Manager/Change Lead

Our client is NZ’s bank of choice. They have a great culture, heavily due to their investment in change management. If you’re seeking a new role in an enterprise environment with a mature and well-regarded change practice then this is the role for you. There are several of these roles across risk, compliance, finance, IT and transformation. As a senior change manager you will:
  • Manage change for business initiatives with low and medium impacts on people, processes and technology. 
  • Coach change initiators of low impact changes to manage the change themselves building self-serve change capability 
  • Support end-to-end value creation from change impact assessment through to adoption (with measurable outcomes)
  • Coach less experienced Chapter members 
You will also be responsible for building the change management capability across Squads and other change initiators increasing their desire to consider, plan and embed change as part of BAU rather than it seen as something over and above the day job, and, Enabling them to manage low impact changes themselves without support (self-serve).

Additional responsibilities will include 
  • Co-creating improvements/changes to the Change Adoption framework (and associated tools) 
  • Contributing to the Change Chapter Area expertise; taking an active role in prioritised continuous improvement opportunities to deliver value for our people and stakeholders 
  • Maintaining and developing the professional standards expected of the Change Chapter
  • Collaborating with relevant teams working on and in the business to deliver shared outcomes for our people and customers e.g. with Agile Coaches, Risk, Service Design, COO etc.

Due to multiple roles available within a large programme, this is an urgent role and our client is looking to start the process as soon as possible
