We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our client for a six-month initial contract (with high likelihood of extension). Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying and addressing any issues impacting their customers. If you have a proven track record in data analysis, along with exceptional teamwork, documentation, and communication skills, we want to hear from you!
- Focused on fixing issues impacting customers across the business
- Collating, quantifying, and providing key insights from customer, policy, and claims data
- Working well within a team with strong documentation and communication skills
- Previous industry experience in insurance, banking or financial services sector
- Previous experience defining business and data requirements
- Previous experience with test planning and execution
- Strong Excel skills - data filtering, comparing, and matching Excel data sets
- Previous experience with documenting processes and implementing fixes
- Confident with data interpretation and working with the data team
