About the Role:
This Senior BAS Manager role offers a rare blend of strategic influence and hands-on delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high-level oversight of compliance, quality assurance, billing, and workflow
- Lead and mentor team members through coaching, technical training, and regular 1:1s
- Resolve complex technical queries and elevate advisory deliverables
- Collaborate across the business to support strategy, recruitment, and service innovation
- Provide insights and data to support product development and strategic decisions
- CA qualified with 5 years' experience in a public practice environment
- Proven people leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong technical and advisory capability with great attention to detail
- Confident managing workflow, deadlines, and client outcomes
- Excellent communicator with commercial acumen and growth mindset
- Experience with offshore or outsourced teams is advantageous
- Comfortable identifying business opportunities and nurturing client relationships
- Bonus if you’ve contributed to pricing strategy, service design, or firm growth initiatives
