The Opportunity:

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this role has one direct report and is responsible for connecting the consumer perspective to marketing decisions by conducting both qualitative and quantitative research and deriving insights from data, making recommended actions and presenting these effectively to senior stakeholders in the business. 

This is a highly influential role where you will have the opportunity to add genuine value and seek out better ways to do things. You will be the brains behind their Marketing Team, finding valuable insights from data and highlighting key opportunities. You will also work closely with other functions across the business and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for a Research and Insights Manager with FMCG industry experience for whom qualitative and quantitative consumer, shopper and trade research and analysis is their bread and butter. A couple of years of leadership experience under your belt is highly beneficial. Fluent with IRI Temple and familiar with retail data, you’ll be confident structuring and presenting large research projects.
