About The Role
Reporting into the Customer Manager – Foodstuffs, this role will drive the implementation of the key strategies that set out to deliver sustainable, profitable growth for the company across Foodstuffs North Island In-Store and Online channels.

Supporting the Customer Manager – Foodstuffs, you’ll be aligning strategies and priorities of the company and Foodstuffs North Island Supermarkets into clear, actionable plans that deliver profitable growth to both the company and the Foodstuffs North Island stores.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Developing strategic business plans in field to deliver KPI targets aligned to the goals and objectives of the wider retail business.
  • Managing and developing strong relationships at store and regional field level.
  • Responsible for sales, market share, and new product launches, working with stores to achieve distribution and speed to market targets
  • Maintaining tools for tracking in-store performance and activity in the company’s categories
  • Working at regional and store level to achieve agreed targets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • A strong track record of delivering favourable outcomes in a similar role, particularly in an FMCG environment
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive the success and development of others
  • The ability to relate to and build relationships with all levels of the organisation
  • Strong organisational skills, able to efficiently schedule your own time and activities to meet all project time frames
  • An inquisitive and analytical mindset, able to interpret and translate raw data to tell a story or identify a pattern or opportunity
