About the Role

This critical ASAP start, 6-month contract requires an immediate start in the Auckland CBD. You will manage accounts receivable and process lease documentation to ensure all tenant obligations are correctly met. You will own the numbers and drive commercial value through accurate budgeting, lease financial management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and monthly rent roll processes efficiently.
• Process lease documentation into the property management system accurately.
• Drive the operating expense budgeting and annual wash-ups.
• Generate tenant invoices for utility recharges and ad-hoc expenses.
• Produce monthly financial reports for Asset and Property Managers.

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Property, Finance, or Accounting.
• Leverage proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Deliver accurate financial data entry with a strict quality focus.
• Build strong relationships with tenants and internal management stakeholders.
• Analyse financial information to ensure business stability and maximize returns.
