The Company:

Our client is a well-respected and loved Kiwi company that is recognised globally for being one of the best in their field. There’s a lot of exciting tech changes happening in the company at the moment with big budgets behind them, including bringing their call centre online, re-architecting and building brand new fit-for-purpose systems. The Role:

You’ll be defining and setting strategy and roadmaps to bring their call centre into the digital realm. This is a big project with an even bigger budget! This role will initially focus on bringing their customer service tools online, making sure the customers’ needs and business values are being delivered at the same time. This is a huge transformational project that will have a significant impact on the quality of the customers’ experience as well as the lives of the internal team. The opportunity to work across other features and products in the portfolio will quickly follow!  

This role is perfect for a highly experienced Product Owner who is keen to step into a Product Manager role; or a Product Manager looking for a new challenge!
Attitude is key - our client wants someone who is passionate about delivering a flawless customer service experience, is motivated and keen to get stuck-in and learn at every opportunity, has exceptional communication skills and is a team player.
  
About You:
  • Great attitude, a strong team player with A+ communication skills 
  • Seasoned Product Owner / Manager - ideally at least 5+ years’ experience
  • Previous experience working with call centres is a must
  • Experience working for a large, enterprise company is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience successfully partnering with business stakeholders
