Our client a Top Financial Services is seeking a Senior Manager to provide strategic risk partnership and high-quality advice to Personal Banking leaders to support smart decision-making and sustainable business growth.
 
What You’ll Do

• Partner & Advise: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing practical risk guidance and constructive challenge.
• Manage Risk: Lead control design, root cause analysis, risk-in-change assessments, and remediation projects.
• Embed Compliance: Help design effective processes using “compliance-by-design” and risk-based principles.
• Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with Legal, Risk, and Assurance teams to keep risk frameworks aligned.
• Coach & Mentor: Guide and develop junior Risk & Compliance team members to build capability and a strong risk culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Background: 7-10 years in financial services (risk, compliance, or legal).
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of operational risk and compliance frameworks (first-line application).
• Communication: Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, business-ready advice.
• Leadership: Strong stakeholder management skills, project leadership experience, and a track record of mentoring others.
• Attributes: Analytical, resilient, curious, and highly adaptable.
