About the Role
This is a pivotal role responsible for end-to-end payroll. You will act as the subject matter expert, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across multiple payroll cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including starters, leavers and variations
- Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, tax obligations and reporting requirements
- Prepare accurate payroll reporting for internal stakeholders and external audit purposes
- Reconcile payroll journals and statutory contributions as part of month-end processes
- Act as the payroll subject matter expert, building strong cross-functional relationships
You bring 3-5 years’ experience managing end-to-end payroll. You have a strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements, paired with excellent attention to detail. Confident and professional in your communication style, you build credibility with stakeholders at all levels. You are self-motivated, highly organised, deadline-driven, and thrive in a role where accuracy, discretion and ownership are essential.
