A little bit about the company: 
  
Our client is a nationwide infrastructure and facility maintenance company based on the North Shore. They deal with large and complex projects which will be well-known to the general public. They are passionate about harnessing the power of technology to lead the charge in creating a more sustainable future for our communities.
  
A bit about the role: 
  
This is a 3-month contract role, requiring an immediate start. 
  
Reporting directly to the contract admin support manager, this role involves the completion of the payroll duties using Datacom and Excel systems, for over 60 staff members on a fortnightly basis. 
  
Such duties will include: 
  • Entering daily timesheets and following up with staff members with any problems and/or queries 
  • Ensuring daily start/finish and call-out times are correct 
  • Ensuring overtime is paid correctly 
  • Checking all leave types are correct in the weekly report produced.   
So, Who are you? 
  
You are entirely comfortable with the end to end payroll functions and thrive in an ever-changing environment. You are absolutely dependable and know how to be your own boss. 
  
Fast and accurate data entry skills are a must, as is an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
