As the Loyalty Programme Specialist, you’ll support Joylab’s data-driven consumer strategy by owning the Joylab Rewards Club insights project, providing strategy and direction towards the development of campaigns that support the Clubs growth.
Reporting to the Marketing & Brand Manager and working closely with a digital marketer, you will have a specific focus on the understanding of consumer behaviours, driving a constant test-and-learn environment, converting and growing member activity through the translation of findings into simple actionable insights.
You’ll have 3-5 years in either loyalty marketing, project management, or partnership management, and it only makes sense that you have a good understanding of how loyalty programmes work. Deep-diving into the data and gaining meaningful insights which then translate into sales growth is what you get excited about. Experience with CRM, CMS and POS systems will make you really stand out against the crowd.
Not only will you understand data inside and out, you’ll also have a standout personality, able to help others understand how useful the data can be for the wider business.
