IT Support Team Lead

What you’ll be doing:

Our client is going through significant growth and has created a brand new role within the Digital Enablement team. This role will see you working with the wider business on technology issues and escalations, working with external vendors to get them solved. 

You will be a key point of contact for stakeholders and help work to strive for more efficient and effective technology processes and practices. While leading a team, you will champion best practices for support incidents while also identifying where improvements should be made! This role would suit someone who has 1-2 years of Service Desk team leadership and experience dealing with external vendors. 

What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Prior experience working across ITIL
  • Service Desk Team leadership
  • Ability to communicate effectively, this role will involve a lot of communication via email, in person, and the phone
  • Outstanding communication and facilitation skills
  • Proactive and engaging attitude
