What you will be doing:
Our Client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide best practice desktop and application support across the business. In the role, you will be providing first and second level support, providing technical support and documentation with minimal escalations and identifying and diagnosing system incidents. You will be a clear communicator, with strong listening skills and be calm under pressure.

What you'll need to be successful:

• Minimum 3+ years of practical helpdesk experience with a proven customer focus.
• Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment.
• Good exposure to wintel environments and Microsoft applications.
• Knowledge of SAP and Cloud technologies.
