Some more information about the role

This is another newly created role by ICIB which aims to accelerate growth across the group. It reports to the Life and Health Manager and requires you to establish and maintain a robust and sustainable long-term client portfolio whilst delivering leading individual risk life and health solutions to those clients.

Your key internal networks include the support team and fire and general brokers with whom you will aim to develop and convert new business opportunities. Due to the nature of the product offering and clientele, the role requires someone with experience within (or advising) small/medium sized businesses.

Some of your deliverables include:
- developing relationships and managing prospects through the onboarding process
- providing expert health and life advice
- managing client claims
- managing referral opportunities aimed at a favorable outcome 
- building relationships with local and nationwide insurers to ensure excellent client service and satisfaction

Client service and long term relationships are two things that we pride ourselves heavily on and these need to be second nature to you as well. 

Through your strong work ethic, you'll be able to retain your clients and grow your portfolio through referrals which will in turn provide you with a very competitive salary and attractive bonus scheme.

In order to be considered you need to be Level 5 certified or FSP registered with your Level 5 in progress as well as have a minimum of 3 years life and health advising experience.
