This is an opportunity to join one of New Zealand’s largest property development specialists with an enviable portfolio of prime development projects including residential, commercial and Winton’s most recent launch into aged care with its premium luxury later living offering, Northbrook. Over the last 12 years Winton has grown significantly and will continue on this trajectory, whilst building a reputation for looking after and rewarding its people, which is second to none.
Taking on a brand new role in the company, you will be responsible for developing and executing the HR systems and processes, strengthening the existing tight knit and high performance culture. A sole charge role, you’ll be primarily responsible for:
- Creating and implementing policies
- Assisting with employee relations and reviews
- Supporting managers and stakeholders in generalist HR enquiries
- HR administration duties
- End to end recruitment
You'll be experienced in developing HR systems and processes from strategy through to execution. Vital to success will be your 'can do', positive and self-starting attitude. You'll embrace accountability, thrive on taking ownership and making commercial decisions but with a bit of an entrepreneurial spirit. A team player, you'll also be able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and your influencing skills will be first class.
