Due to continued growth and an excellent reputation for quality seafood both nationally and globally they are now seeking an experienced and highly motivated senior sales leader to take the helm of their domestic business. 

The purpose of this role is to drive sales and profitability through your team through a variety of complex route to market channels, developing a high performing and engaged culture through coaching and developing skill sets. You will be responsible for strategic planning, negotiation, and growing commercial acumen of the team as well as aiding them in developing top level  strategic partnerships with key customers, and helping add value to Sanford through brand growth and innovation and extracting full value from all interactions.
We’re looking for  real talent and ambition for this one! You’ll have highly developed strategic, commercial and leadership skills at a senior level in a multi-channel FMCG environment. You must have strong top to top head office experience and demonstrated success in a key sales management role leading a team of commercially astute Account Managers and/or Business Managers.
