About the Role
This senior finance leadership role has enterprise-wide influence, responsible for end-to-end finance operations, statutory reporting, tax and shared services. Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with executive leadership and the Board, you’ll strengthen governance, lift efficiency through automation and lead high-performing teams through change in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all statutory and external financial reporting and audits
- Own monthly close, core reporting and continuous process improvement
- Provide strategic leadership across tax and transactional services
- Strengthen internal controls, governance and risk management
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support sustainable growth
You are a senior finance leader with a recognised professional qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent) and extensive post-qualification experience, ideally including time in a Big 4 and NZX listed businesses.
You bring deep technical accounting expertise, strong commercial judgement and the confidence to engage with executives and Boards. You have led large teams, communicate complex matters clearly, and thrive in environments requiring change, automation and continuous improvement, underpinned by a collaborative and resilient leadership style.
