Some More Information About The Role

Reporting to the Group CFO and partnering with them as well as the Executive team on all commercial matters across the group. This role also has a team of 5 direct reports.

Some of the key areas of oversight include:
- leading and developing the commercial team and its strategy
- partnering with Group on strategic projects, developing an IR strategy and improving market reporting
- playing a leading role in acquisition valuations
- leading the settlement processes
- providing ad hoc support to the Exec team to drive improved profitability initiatives
- preparation of Exec and Board recommendations

So Who Are You & What is Your Profile?

The role is suited to a proven leader who knows their way around the world of mergers and acquisitions. You need to have spent at least 5 years in a commercial leadership role and have the relevant finance/business degree. The finance element of your previous experience is particularly relevant.

Your strong leadership abilities enable you to drive strategic direction and take your team on the journey with you. Within the complexity, you show resilience, focus and the ability to bounce back from setbacks. 

This role is challenging and dynamic and also has room to grow so it's perfect for someone with experience and ambition.
