About the Role
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape group-wide financial reporting and insights across a listed organisation. You'll partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership team to drive excellence, lead a small finance team, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead accurate and timely group reporting, forecasting and analysis across NZ and AU entities
- Consolidate month-end reporting, statutory disclosures, and support audit processes
- Own group tax and treasury processes, including FX and insurance management
- Deliver insights for business case reviews and profitability improvements
- Mentor and guide a small team, fostering a high-performing culture
You’ll be a CA-qualified finance professional with proven success in a senior financial reporting role—ideally within a fast-paced, multi entity or multi branch environment. Your technical expertise spans group reporting, tax compliance, audit processes, and treasury management including FX. You're commercially astute, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to influence and partner with non-finance stakeholders.
A natural leader, you’ve successfully managed and developed finance teams, bringing strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and confidence in financial systems and Excel. You're adaptable, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment where your insights shape strategic outcomes.
