As National Business Manager for Grocery, you’ll be responsible for building and driving relationships as well as developing promotional plans and account plans. You will be responsible for achieving profit, volume, trade spend and market share through your team ensuring delivery of the retail strategy and objectives - whilst driving communication plans and implementation of these plans across the wider internal team..
This is one of those rare opportunities, working for local company and taking a key position in decision making for their grocery accounts, while also being part of a wider management team.
Reporting into the Head of Commercial and working very closely with a sales and marketing agency you will be responsible for the development and execution of sales strategy in New Zealand grocery in alignment with brand marketing plans. You’ll be responsible for delivering volume and profit contribution, as well as driving the development of strategic account plans and effective promotional plans to achieve overall business objectives. Critical to success will be your ability to build and maintain strong and highly effective relationships at a Head Office level.
