The Opportunity:

Reporting to the CEO and acting as a 2IC, you’ll sit on the Senior Leadership team and will be responsible for creating new growth models and leading a national team of sales professionals. With a remit that’s focused on growth, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to effectively achieve business objectives. 

This role will require you to be both commercially strategic and hands-on, you’ll be influencing at multiple levels of the business and building trust and strong relationships with a variety of different stakeholders.

You'll need to have executive level capability and credibility as this is a vital position for the overall success of the business.

What You’ll Bring:

We are looking for a true sales leader and mentor. You will be a high-energy, driven individual that is motivated by success. You are someone who is highly influential both in a sales capacity, but also in motivating your team to be really high achievers. 

You’ll be someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced and agile environment that truly places the customer at the heart of its business. You’ll have a proven track record of achievement in senior sales management from within the ICT sector. A cloud / technology background or managed service provider experience are highly desirable.

Relationships are absolutely key to success in this role and you’ll be someone who builds relationships easily at all levels. Previous leadership experience of a team is crucial for this role.
