Some More Information About The Role
This Financial Controller role is a real growth focused role where you will be a key member of the Management Team. As part of this role you will review the financial function within all areas of the business, to enable the business to scale at pace. Your analysis will provide valuable insights and help formulate and execute strategy.

You will be responsible for providing leadership for all accounting and
commercial responsibilities within the business, leading a team, and partnering with all of the various business units. You will drive a culture of commercial decision making across the business and you will be integral to driving growth in an already successful organisation.

Key elements to the role are financial and commercial acumen, a strategic
mindset, leadership, communication and relationship management skills.

So Who Are You & What Is Your Profile?

We are looking for an experienced finance leader with 5 years experience in a Financial Controller/Finance Manager role. You will have experience leading a team and it is essential that you are CA/CPA qualified. If you have had responsibility for the full finance function of an SME then that would be a distinct advantage, also any experience in the service industry would be very helpful.

You will need to be commercially minded and have excellent relationship building skills to be considered for this role. You will be a natural communicator and you will enjoy partnering with those outside of finance. In this type of role you will be managing a team of 7 people so you will need to have demonstrated leadership experience from a commercial environment.
