Their CFO is looking to hand over more work to their Financial Controller who is looking for someone to take ownership of their day-to-day and work closely with the small team.

You will be reporting to a fantastic FC who will be a great mentor. This role is responsible for effective support across the business with financial and statutory reporting plus budgeting/forecasting.

This is a great role for someone with a genuine interest (and ideally experience) in property or financial services. You will need to be qualified (CA/CPA/ACA/CIMA) and also be self-managing and have the ability to communicate with a wide range of people.
It's a tight-knit team so they are looking for someone who wants to be part of a supportive environment surrounded by high performers. While you will report to the FC you will have stakeholders across the wider business so representing the finance team as a strong communicator and relationship builder is critical.
- Day to date supervision and development of a small finance team
- Ownership of month end processes and assisting with Variance Analysis
- Play a key role in the Audit.
- Ownership of GST,
- Project accounting, investments/divestments
- Daily review of treasury
