We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Support Engineer to drive solutions delivering their expertise across a range of enterprise-level projects. Our client is going through a huge technology refresh, implementing D365 across a range of areas within this business, so you will be kept challenged and busy!
What you'll be doing:
Joining an existing agile development team, you will be responsible for providing robust Dynamics 365 solutions. This role will have a key focus on the deployment, customisation, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Our client is in early stages of their D365 journey so this is a great opportunity to manage the full lifecycle of a D365 implementation.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM
- 4+ years experience across design and deployment of solutions
- Hands-on experience in CRM Solution Management
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 customisation & Power Apps Development
- Good understanding Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of reporting in relation to Dynamics 365 CRM including SSRS, Power BI, and SQL
- Familiarity with the wider Microsoft stack and how it integrates with Dynamics 365 CRM.
