They need to be well supported, so that the customer feels well supported and happy.     Everything you do will be working and contributing towards improving the Customer Experience.Top attributes they are looking for are:

   Experience required for this role:
  • FMCG Customer Service Management or Team Leader experience
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Experience working with 3PL would be ideal
  • Technologically capable
