About the Company: 

Our client is a beloved and trusted household brand. They strive to better the lives of Kiwis every day and continuously give back when people are at their most vulnerable. They are embarking on some ambitious modernisation projects and are looking for a CX designer to assist them along the way. 

About the role: 

Our client is after an experienced, intermediate CX Designer to come in and assist them with a large project. You will be responsible for the corporate customer experience journey to make sure customers are unboarded as simply as possible while ensuring employees have all the required information. 

Working closely with one other CX designer, it is important you have a solid understanding of CX design and you are able to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team. 

Key Skills and Experience:
  • 2+ years experience in a CX Designer role 
  • Proven experience working in an enterprise environment
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams
