To provide high-level engineering support for client's Contact Centre customer environments. You will be technically assessing and managing all Contact Centre standard and non-standard changes. On top of this, you will support the ongoing operation of Contact Centre customers on an on-call basis.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Solid skills across communication Protocols (TDM, SIP, VOIP, TCP/IP, Networking, Web Services, POP3, SMTP, IMAP, IM, HTML, JSON, SOAP)
- Previous exposure to operating Systems Knowledge (UNIX, LINUX, Windows)
- Exposure to Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra
- Programming Knowledge will be highly beneficial (VXML, SCXML, EMCA, C#, Java, .NET)
- Good understanding of Contact Centre Technologies and Call Centre Operational Knowledge
- Genesys Certifications are highly desirable
- Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure or Genesys
