About the Role
This role is central to maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting customer relationships through effective credit control. You’ll manage a high-volume ledger, work closely with internal teams, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage debtor balances and ensure timely collections across a large customer base
• Maintain and improve structured credit control processes, including reminders, escalations, and collections
• Set up and maintain payment plans aligned with company policies
• Liaise with external agencies regarding aged debt
• Handle customer queries and resolve complex account issues

So who are you and what is your profile?
You are an experienced Credit Controller or Accounts Receivable professional with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. You’re comfortable working with systems such as Microsoft D365 or similar ERPs and have a keen interest in technology and process improvement. Adaptable and resilient, you thrive in changing environments and bring strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset.
