About the Role:
This is a growth-focused position within the Corporate Finance team, offering exposure to a broad mix of clients across sectors. You'll play a key role in valuation, modelling, and transactional support, with room to shape your career in a supportive, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and review complex financial models including DCF and 3-way forecasts
- Deliver business and tangible asset valuations across diverse sectors
- Support litigation processes with economic loss analysis and expert reporting
- Assist in financial due diligence engagements across varied transaction types
- Work directly with clients from SMEs to multinationals on advisory assignments
- 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience (CA, CPA or CFA preferred)
- Background in Corporate Finance, Deals, Forensics, or Transaction Services
- Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel proficiency
- Comfortable working across varied industries and client sizes
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver insights clearly
- Solid commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Experience from Big 4 or Mid-Market advisory teams is advantageous
- Returning Kiwis with relevant overseas experience are encouraged to apply
