Our client is seeking a Change Manager who will be able to cultivate change and roll out communications and engagement artefacts that are consistent, concise, and easy to follow. 
  
The projects transform how they work as a business and ensure they continue to take all employees on a change and transformation journey while ensuring that customers always come first! 
  
The focus of the work will cover 3 project streams in the information security space covering Identity & Access Management, Information Protection and Security Awareness Culture. 
   
The scope:
  • Be involved in designing and implementing change management deliverables, including change journeys and communications planning
  • Cultivating change, communications, and engagement artefacts that are consistent, concise, and easy to follow.
  • Guide to the implementation of the communications, engagement, training change measurement.
  • Conducting interviews and surveys, taking minutes, conducting analysis and drafting reports.
  • Coordination of all change activities and meetings, including managing stakeholder engagement and broadcasting communications.   
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Solid hands-on change experience, ability to be part of all meeting streams for the project work.
  • Demonstrated success as a Change Manager supporting innovative digital transformation projects and programmes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders and external third parties.
  • Having a calm presence and influence.
  • Considerable enterprise experience would be a bonus.
  • Ability to produce/enhance change documentation, including stakeholder maps, change plans, and communications packs.
