Preferred Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to handle administration and application support
• Intuitive mindset with a knack for investigating
• Ability to be able to multitask while having strong attention to detail 
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
