The role:
As a Senior Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading change management strategies for the six major initiatives and enhancing the internal change capabilities. You will work alongside project leaders to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of change initiatives, develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of change strategies, provide targeted change management support and facilitate effective messaging and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal person for this position will have experience as a Change Manager in large-scale and complex environments.
- Lead change management strategies for their six major initiatives, with a particular focus on Operating Model adjustments and enterprise integration.
- Collaborate with project leaders to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of change initiatives.
- Develop and implement metrics to assess the effectiveness of change strategies and adjust as necessary.
- Provide targeted change management support to two of our key projects.
- Work alongside our internal communications team to facilitate effective messaging and stakeholder engagement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging insights to refine and advance our change management practices.
