Are you a seasoned Change Manager with experience in digital projects within the financial services sector? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

Role Overview
As a Digital Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving change and transformation initiatives for digital projects within financial services sector. Lead and implement change projects that are essential to the strategic objectives in the digital domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Leadership: Develop and execute change management strategies to support the successful implementation of digital initiatives.
  • Digital Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of digital projects, technologies, and trends to drive effective change within the organisation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for digital change initiatives.
  • Communication: Develop clear and effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the digital change process.
  • Change Impact Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand the impact of digital change on employees, processes, and systems.
  • Training and Development: Work closely with teams to identify digital training needs and ensure that employees are equipped to adapt to digital transformations.
  • Change Measurement: Establish metrics and key performance indicators to measure the success and effectiveness of digital change initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development in the digital domain.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Proven Digital Change Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading change management initiatives for digital projects within the financial services sector or related industries. Previous experience delivering in a contract capacity is advantageous. 
  • Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of digital technologies, digital project management, and the financial industry's digital landscape.
  • Change Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams through periods of digital change and transformation.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex digital ideas and engage with diverse stakeholders.
