Some More Information About The Role

We are on the hunt for a high performing BDM to look after the Auckland territory (and supporting the Northland & Waikato teams). This role would suit a true hunter to support my client's growth phase and will be looking after some very large key accounts, so you need to be confident engaging with C-suite stakeholders and working through the tendering process. This role will be responsible for generating new business across a number of industries and would suit someone who is a true relationship builder as you will also be responsible for onboarding and maintaining these new accounts. 

So who are you and what is your profile?

You are an experienced B2B BDM who has worked in a field sales role (ideally in Facilities Maintenance, Security, Finance & Procurement, or similar) with large corporate businesses. You are a natural sales hunter and are someone who has a proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue year on year. You must be confident in preparing tenders (you will work alongside a bid manager), and need to be confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels across a number of industries. We are looking for someone who is confident selling on quality, not price. You also will be happy working towards sales targets and have a full licence as there is a full use company car and fuel card provided (VW Golf/Vehicle allowance - your choice). We are looking for a real team player and someone who can work together closely with our ops team, as this will be the key to success in this role.

You are someone who is self-motivated and has the ability to work autonomously. You are a direct driver who is highly motivated, results-driven and thrives from winning a deal. You will have excellent communication skills and are highly resilient.

We are offering a base salary of $85K-$95K, all ToTs including Vehicle, Fuel Card, Laptop, Phone, and competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
