Our growth curve has accelerated in recent years and in the last 12 months we are proud to be the No.2 dollar growth driver in total confectionery. Looking backwards however isn’t in our DNA and we have some very exciting goals ahead of us. Our ultimate objective is to become NZ’s most loved confectionery brand and we need an experienced FMCG marketer to help bring our ideas to life
As the lead NZ marketer, this role encompasses the full marketing mix. Shape and develop the brand and marketing plans, managing ATL and BTL activities from planning through to execution - driving volume, share and profit through innovation, positioning and communication objectives. This role will lead all aspects of NPD (innovation and renovation) projects within cross-functional project teams, and develop launch support material in conjunction with the Marketing Executive. This is a key role with all aspects of brand management, including developing and implementing consumer promotion strategies that will stand out to customers.
For the right candidate this is an amazing opportunity to join an iconic NZ brand that likes to do things differently. Our preferred candidate will likely have a corporate FMCG background balanced with having experience in a fast, agile environment. You would have owned many brand plans and marketing projects but perhaps have been constrained by “red tape” and perhaps tired of not seeing your ideas come to life.
