Some information about the role
  
You will own the full accounts receivable function for a portfolio of properties, directly impacting commercial outcomes. This role provides excellent stability and the opportunity to grow your career as the business transitions more sites into the centralised finance team.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle monthly invoices and statement accuracy for resident accounts.
  • Drive debtor reconciliations and resolve outstanding balances promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with external agencies regarding subsidized accounts and revenue receipts.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers, recurring rates, and resident occupancy documentation.
  • Support month-end procedures, general ledger reconciliations, and ad-hoc finance projects.

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

You are a bright and bubbly Accounts Receivable professional who ideally has at least two year’s experience in a similar role. Your communication skills are impeccable – this is a must! High attention to detail and accuracy is essential due to the fast-paced nature of the environment. 

  • Demonstrated background operating high-volume accounts receivable and complex revenue cycles.
  • Strong attention to detail with high data entry accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to resolve queries with diverse external stakeholders.
  • Solid Excel capability and adaptability to new financial software systems.
  • Collaborative mindset with a solutions-oriented approach to resolving issues.
