About The Role
This role is critical for managing accounts receivable and ensuring effective debt management. You will contribute to the financial health of the organisation by maintaining accurate records and developing positive relationships with stakeholders.
*This is a 3-month contract position. Approx. 3 days office based and 2 days work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable invoicing
- Accounts Receivable receipting
- Assisting with month-end processing
- Preparation of journals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Backfilling and assisting with other transactional tasks during month
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and invoice processing
- Proficiency in Technology One and Excel
- You quickly pick up and follow processes
- Someone with an eye for detail and the sense to question irregularities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
