About the Role
This initial 3 month contract role is central to maintaining accurate and timely financial operations. You will manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring supplier relationships are upheld while supporting broader finance functions in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform regular reconciliations of supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Manage payment runs and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Respond to internal and external queries, providing clear and timely resolutions
• Support reporting, administration, and continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team

You bring strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Your communication skills are highly developed, enabling you to build effective relationships across the business. You are proactive, adaptable, and a team player, with a solid understanding of accounts payable processes. You are confident working with systems, eager to learn, and happy to support the wider finance team when needed.
