This is a temporary assignment with an ASAP start. The role is based in South Auckland and your key duties will include:
- Checking the automated process
- End-to-end Accounts Payable duties
- Document filing
- Chasing approvals
- Process payment runs
- Reconciling of supplier invoices
- Ad-hoc duties required
Ideally, we are looking for someone with 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable. You are a self-starter who's highly organised and has excellent time management skills, as well as taking ownership of the work you do.
Above all else, excellent communication and customer service skill is essential. System experience with SAP is preferred.
You must be a strong communicator, both written and verbal along with being proficient in Excel.
