We’re now looking for an experienced Accounting & Finance Contract Recruitment Specialist to join this team and help grow an already successful contract desk. Based in Britomart, you’ll be surrounded by great coffee, great food, and excellent transport links — with a gym next door when balance is required!
The role:
This is a role for someone who understands the pace, complexity, and opportunity of A&F contract recruitment, and enjoys winning work while delivering it well. You need to be a great relationship builder, someone who can work with honesty and integrity.
We are looking for someone who can solve problems and has a great commercial mindset and a good sense of humour.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building and growing a contract-focused A&F desk (you’ll enjoy a warm desk, but you will also want to grow and expand)
- Developing strong client relationships and winning new business
- Managing end-to-end contract recruitment across accounting and finance roles
- Partnering closely with a highly experienced A&F team for collaboration and shared success
- Delivering a professional, consultative experience to both clients and contractors
- Placing great people with great people and helping new arrivals to NZ build out their networks
