About the Role

This is a sole charge position, central to keeping financial operations accurate and efficient across AR, AP, and banking. You’ll ensure clean ledgers, support month-end processes, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage AR and AP processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Perform daily bank and payment gateway reconciliations
• Support month-end close, reporting, and audit preparation
• Maintain financial records, controls, and process improvements
• Track customer payment plans, grants, and funding arrangements
• Pitch in across the business, whether that’s emptying the dishwasher, helping set up for events or manning the bar.

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

• 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Hands-on experience with Xero
• Familiarity with ApprovalMax, Dext, and payment gateways would be beneficial
• Strong credit control and debtor management capability
• Solid understanding of GST and accounting fundamentals
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship management.
