They are in a high growth phase and are looking to add an up and coming account manager to their team as part of their overall growth strategy.
A bit about the role
We are seeking a talented, motivated Account Manager for our team. This pivotal role means you will be connecting with our existing client base across a range of industries. This role is truly relationship focused, putting all our focus into building authentic relationships with our clients. This position will be managing the Auckland region and will come with a portfolio of existing customers. You will be responsible for account management, building relationships, processing sales orders and looking for upselling opportunities.

This role is all about proactivity and initiative! We are looking for a confident communicator with a true passion for relationships. While you don’t necessarily have to be an expert on the logistics and freight industry you do need to be passionate and keen to develop your knowledge as you will be talking with a wide range of business customers looking to ship their product internationally.
The work environment is supportive and busy; you will be dealing with a range of external clients so your interpersonal and communication skills with people at all levels will have to be top-notch.
To be successful you will have proven experience as a junior account manager, and account executive or a sales coordinator looking for your next career step. This role suits someone looking to be hands-on with lots of variety and offers the ability to really make a difference!
