Senior Project Manager



About the Role

This is a high-impact, permanent leadership position for an experienced Project Manager to spearhead critical IT and business initiatives. Based in Auckland, you will be fully dedicated to driving the digital transformation roadmap, including major CRM integrations and unified billing systems, ensuring these complex projects align with strategic business goals.
  
You will take end-to-end ownership of project lifecycles, from detailed planning and risk mitigation to navigating change management across a diverse network of stakeholders.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Program & Project Delivery: Lead multiple IT and business projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
• Digital Transformation: Champion key initiatives such as the “OneAccount” unified billing program, Salesforce CRM integration, and Data Warehouse enhancements.
• Governance & Reporting: Establish robust project governance frameworks and provide insightful updates to executive and governance boards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust and foster collaboration across the ITM network, including the executive team, business units, and independent store owners
• Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior team members, such as Business Analysts and Change Managers, to build internal capability.

Key Skills and Experience

• 5–10 years of experience delivering complex system implementations within large-scale organizations.
    
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
    
• Ability to translate technical concepts into language suitable for diverse, non-technical audiences.
    
• Strong skills in managing third-party vendors and contract negotiations.
    
• A relevant degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
      
• Bonus Points: Experience with ERPs (NetSuite), Master Data Management (Stibo), or Azure Data Warehouse environment
